Price Limit System
Throughout our journey, the Liftedbit team has been deeply concerned about the issue of price management. As a decentralized exchange (DEX), we face challenges in limiting individual users' purchasing quantities. We are committed to avoiding two undesirable scenarios:
- 1.Preventing individual users from accumulating an excessive amount of tokens, as this could lead to malicious manipulation of the token price.
- 2.Discouraging users from continuously buying without staking, which essentially treats LFT as a speculative asset, rather than participating in the ecosystem.
These scenarios not only impact the majority of users' interests but also contribute to significant price volatility, making market capitalization management more complex. To ensure a stable and sustainable increase in LFT price and foster the long-term growth of Liftedbit, we have introduced the innovative 'Price Limit System.'
Under this system, we have set daily maximum price fluctuation limits of 5%. Once the price reaches this threshold, trading will be temporarily suspended, preventing further purchases. To enhance transparency, we will display real-time information on the remaining available LFT for purchase or sale. In cases where users encounter difficulties in buying LFT, they have two options:
- 1.Wait for other users to sell, thereby releasing available LFT for purchase.
- 2.Wait for the daily quota to refresh, providing another opportunity to buy.
By implementing the 'Price Limit System,' we aim to strike a balance between the interests of all users and create a more stable and predictable trading environment. At Liftedbit, we remain committed to driving the growth of LFT while ensuring a fair and equitable experience for every participant.
In addition to the Price Limit System mentioned above, the Liftedbit team remains committed to safeguarding the long-term stability of LFT's price. We understand that market conditions may evolve, and to achieve our goal, we are prepared to implement various strategies, including but not limited to:
- 1.Injecting more LFT into the DEX to increase liquidity during periods of high demand.
- 2.Adjusting the DEX's price limits to accommodate changing market dynamics.
All such measures will be communicated in advance through official announcements, ensuring complete transparency in our actions. Furthermore, we will make the relevant information about LFT's allocation and addresses publicly available, so that our community can stay informed and involved in the decision-making process.
Note: The daily limit refresh time is GMT 16:00
